Cop Shoots Man in the back that is Lying Facedown
For those who think that a cop is some sort of trained super hero, think again. Too many shootings, beatings and abuses seems to be the accepted norm for police. Maybe the time is come to remove guns from police altogether or in the minimum, remove the qualified immunity for torts. In cases such as this it is simple. You and me would be charged with murder if we shot a man in the back while he was hand cuffed lying facedown. The prediction on this is that the whole incident will be silenced with a multi-million dollar pay out with a gag order placed on the family and this idiot murderer will be right back on patrol.
