Tennessee is hurting for money. Actually, that is really nothing new. The average Tennesseean has seen a dramatic in crease in their poverty while at the same time, public officials seems to not be effected at all by the economy. It seems that when money gets tight YOUR elected officials simply add a tax, change a charter or do whatever is needed to ensure that they continue to breast feed off of the citizen taxpapyer.
